POLICIES ON TICKET RETURNS

In accordance with Decree 86/2013 approving the regulations for classified activities and public shows, tickets will only be refunded when the show is suspended, postponed or modified.

TICKET EXCHANGE POLICIES

1.- Only tickets purchased at the box office can be exchanged.

2.- Tickets will be exchanged up to 1 hour before the session for which you have purchased your ticket.

3.- Tickets cannot be exchanged if the session has already started or there is less than 1 hour left to start the session.
